Plastic pelletizing is the production of waste plastics such as PP/PE into recycled plastic pellets for reprocessing into other products. The main equipment of the plastic pelletizing production line is a waste plastic crusher machine, plastic recycling washing machine, plastic dryer, plastic recycling pelletizing machine, cooling tank, and pellet cutter machine.
Collection and Classification
Recycling begins with the collection and classification of waste. Sorting plastics is more complex than other recyclable materials because it comes in many different forms. For example, PP and PE, soft and hard materials, etc. The recycling process is different for different materials.
Crushing and Washing
It first goes into a waste plastic crusher machine to be broken into pieces for processing at the next stage. The crushed pieces are washed to remove dirt, impurities, or other residues.
Melting and Extrusion
