This machine is tailor-made according to the customer’s specific needs and is mainly used for crushing PET bottles. Model & Capacity
The customized crusher machine, model SL-800, is designed to produce approximately 500 kg/h, a capacity that meets the customer’s needs for efficient processing of PET bottles.
Mechanical System
To adapt to the local power supply situation in Nigeria, we have specially equipped this machine with a diesel engine. The diesel engine has a power of 22kw, which ensures that the machine can run stably even when there is no power supply or the power is unstable.
Sieve Size
The screen size of the recycling shredder machine is 14mm, which ensures that the size of the crushed PET bottle fragments meets the customer’s requirements and facilitates subsequent recycling.
Mobility and Brand Identity
To facilitate the use of the machine at different locations, we specially installed four detachable wheels. In addition, based on the design provided by the client, we sprayed their logo on the machine to enhance brand recognition.
Production Process and Quality Control
Test Drive and Video Confirmation
After the production was completed, we carried out a test run according to the customer’s requirements and filmed a video of the test run. Through the video, the customer can see the running status of the machine and the crushing effect to ensure that the plastic scrap crusher can run smoothly and the size of the output pieces meets the requirements.
Packing & Shipping
Once the test run is complete, we crate the recycling shredder machine and prepare it for shipment. We make sure that all components are rigorously inspected to ensure that the machine is not damaged in transit and can be installed and run smoothly once it reaches its destination.
