The raw material they provide is 1cm size LDPE flakes and the customer wants the moisture content of the dewatered material to be less than 0.5%.
After detailed communication, the customer chose a plastic chips washing machine, a plastic dryer, and dry pipes. The screen size of the dryer is customized according to the size of the customer’s raw material to avoid leakage. The appearance of the drying pipe is also customized according to the customer’s requirements.
