Working Principle of Plastic Dryer
By forcing the feeding screw to deliver the material from the feeding port to the dehydration tank, the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the equipment is used for efficient dehydration, thereby achieving a good effect of dehydration and drying of plastic fragments.
Horizontal Dewatering Machine
Horizontal dewatering machines are versatile and can be used to dry hard plastic materials such as PP drums and baskets, PE flakes, and PET bottles. The machine can be used in the PP PE flake recycling line and plastic bottle recycling washing line. If your raw material is hard material or PET bottles, you can choose a horizontal dewatering machine.
Lifting Dewatering Machine
A lifting dewatering machine is also known as a plastic film dryer machine. The lifting dewatering machine is mainly used for drying crushed and cleaned plastic film, woven bags, plastic bags, and other raw materials, suitable for PE PP plastic film recycling line. If your raw material is soft material such as plastic film, you can choose a lifting dewatering machine.
