- Working Method: The two hooks work at the same time, each grabbing the steel bead on one side of the tire, and the hydraulic system drives both beads to be removed simultaneously.
How the Tyre Debeader Works?
The machine is mainly composed of a frame, motor, hydraulic system, pulling hook, pulling nozzle, and so on, and its working principle is as follows:
- Placing the Tire: The tire is placed on the holder, ensuring the steel beads are properly aligned with the hooks.
- Hook Grabbing: The hooks, controlled by the hydraulic system, automatically extend to grab the steel beads from the tire.
- Hydraulic Drive: When the motor starts, the hydraulic system provides power, allowing the hooks to move back and forth along the tire’s sidewall, pulling the steel bead out.
- Steel Bead Separation: Under the strong hydraulic pressure, the hooks continuously pull the steel beads, ultimately separating them from the tire on both sides.
