- Tire Bead Removal and Cutter Machine: Removes the steel wire beads and cuts the tires in a single step, simplifying the pretreatment process.
- Steel Wire Separator: Efficiently separates bead wires, reducing wear on subsequent machines.
- Tire Shredder: Shreds tire segments into rubber blocks suitable for milling.
- Rubber Powder Mill: Further grinds rubber blocks into the desired granule size.
- Fiber Separator: Removes residual nylon fibers from the rubber powder to improve product purity.
Rubber Powder Making Machine Shipment
After completing production and testing, we conducted a trial run to ensure the waste tyre recycling machine operated smoothly. The client reviewed the test via remote video and confirmed satisfaction with the results. The machines have now been packed and shipped as scheduled to the client’s facility in Canada, where they will soon be put into operation.
