Recently, we completed the production and shipment of an OTR tire debeader and OTR tire cutter for a customer in Indonesia. The customer operates a large coal mine where a large number of off-the-road (OTR) tires are used. Over time, many waste tires accumulated at the mining site, and the customer wanted to process and recycle them.
The tires to be handled are mainly large mining tires with diameters ranging from 2.7 meters to 4.2 meters. After detailed communication, we recommended a suitable OTR tire recycling solution to help the customer perform the initial processing of these large tires.

According to the tire size and processing requirements provided by the customer, we recommended the following equipment:

The OTR tire debeader can process tires with diameters ranging from 1400 mm to 4500 mm, which fully covers the customer’s tire size range of 2.7 m to 4.2 m. The machine uses a hydraulic system to pull out the steel bead from the tire, making the subsequent cutting process easier.

Production and Testing Process
After receiving the order, we arranged production immediately. Since the customer wanted the equipment as soon as possible, we kept them informed throughout the manufacturing process.
During production, we:
- Sent photos of the machines to show the production progress
- Provided updates on the manufacturing status
- Conducted test runs after production was completed
- Sent testing videos to the customer
During the test run, we also adjusted the machine parameters to ensure stable operation when processing large OTR tires.
Shipping of Tire Recycling Machines to Indonesia
After the testing process was completed and the equipment was confirmed to be operating normally, the Otr tire debeader and OTR cutter were carefully packed and shipped on schedule. The equipment has now been successfully dispatched to Indonesia and will soon be used for recycling large mining tires at the customer’s coal mine.
