The rubber crusher machine is the key equipment in the rubber powder production line. It is specially used to further grind the pre-treated rubber blocks from the tyre shredder into rubber granules or fine rubber powder, which is widely used in many fields, such as road paving, rubber tiles, sports grounds, and so on.

Raw Materials & Final Products
Input Materials: Pre-treated rubber blocks from passenger car tires, truck tires, and off-the-road (OTR) tires.
Final Products:
- Rubber Granules: 1–5 mm
- Rubber Powder: 10–40 mesh (customizable to 60 mesh upon request)
- Steel-Free Output: Up to 99% purity after magnetic separation

Advantages of Rubber Crusher Machine
- Capable of efficiently processing rubber blocks from passenger car tires, truck tires, and OTR tires, with strong adaptability.
- Adjustable screens allow for output sizes ranging from 10 to 40 mesh to meet various requirements.
- Built-in magnetic separator effectively removes steel wires, ensuring up to 99% product purity.
- Modular design enables easy maintenance and reduces downtime.
- Stable operation with low energy consumption, ideal for continuous long-term use.
- Available in multiple models with customizable options, covering a capacity range from 200 to 2300 kg/h.
Working Principle of The Rubber Crusher Machine
Feeding & Grinding:
Shredded rubber blocks enter the machine via the hopper. The internal rollers begin a high-pressure grinding process to reduce the rubber size into fine granules or powder.
Screening:
Ground material passes through a vibratory screen. Particles that meet the desired size are separated.
Recirculation:
Oversized particles are automatically redirected for further grinding, ensuring consistent output size.
Magnetic Separation:
Sized rubber granules/powder pass through a powerful magnetic separator to remove residual steel wires, ensuring product purity.
