Le client exploite depuis de nombreuses années une installation de recyclage de plastique locale et prévoit d'étendre ses activités en recyclant les bouteilles en PET usagées et en les transformant en pellets de PET pour augmenter la capacité de production et la valeur du produit.

The Bhutanese customer planned to add a new PET bottle recycling plant to process collected PET bottles and produce recycled PET pellets. The equipment needed to be stable, suitable for continuous operation, and capable of delivering reliable output.
After several rounds of communication, the client confirmed their need for:
- 500 kg/h PET bottle washing line
- 3–4 tons/hour PET pelletizing line

500 kg/h PET Bottle Washing Line
This PET bottle recycling plant includes label removal, crushing, hot and cold washing, rinsing, friction washing, dehydration, and air separation. It ensures that the PET flakes meet the cleanliness required for further pelletizing.
3–4 tons/hour PET Pelletizing Line
The pelletizing system includes extrusion, cooling, pellet cutting, screening, and storage, enabling the stable production of clean and uniform recycled PET pellets.
Sunny provided detailed configurations and layout suggestions based on the client’s plant size, electrical conditions, and capacity requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient production workflow.
Order Confirmation and Production Process
After finalizing the plan and machine configuration, the customer quickly paid the deposit. Our factory immediately started manufacturing the complete set of equipment.
On-time Production
All machines were produced within the agreed delivery schedule and passed internal inspections.
Factory Test Running
Before shipment, we conducted full test runs for both the PET bottle washing line and pelletizing line to ensure stable performance and output.
After testing, the bottle recycling plant was packed and prepared for shipment to the client’s facility in Bhutan.
On-site Installation and Training
Upon PET bottle recycling machine arrival, our engineers traveled to Bhutan to provide on-site installation and commissioning services.
Installation work included:
- Positioning and connecting each machine
- Electrical, water, and air line setup
- Full production line debugging
- Operator training and maintenance instruction
With close cooperation, the entire bottle recycling plant was successfully installed, debugged, and put into operation.
