Waste crusher machine solutions are widely used in plastic recycling industries to process plastic bottles, plastic scraps, and various production waste materials efficiently. Recently, a customer from Bulgaria ordered three plastic crusher machines from Shuliy Machinery, including the SL-400, SL-600, and SL-800 models. These machines will be used to crush waste plastic bottles and plastic scraps generated during the customer’s plastic manufacturing process.
To meet the customer’s specific recycling requirements, we customized the screen sizes, machine color, and electrical configuration before delivery.
Customer Requirements for Plastic Waste Recycling
The Bulgarian customer operates a plastic processing business and needed reliable crushing equipment for two types of materials:
- Waste plastic bottles
- Plastic production scraps and offcuts
The customer required different output particle sizes for subsequent recycling processes. Therefore, they requested customized screens with hole diameters of:
- 10 mm
- 12 mm
Based on the production needs and expected processing capacity, we recommended three different models of waste crusher machine to provide flexibility for handling various materials and production volumes.

SL-400 Plastic Waste Crusher
The SL-400 model is suitable for medium-scale plastic crushing operations.

SL-800 Plastic Scrap Grinder Machine
The SL-800 is designed for heavy-duty crushing applications and larger plastic materials.

Customized Waste Crusher Machine Configuration for the Customer
To ensure the waste crusher machines matched the customer’s production requirements, several customizations were provided.
Customized Screens
The customer required two different output sizes. We manufactured customized screens with:
- 10 mm holes
- 12 mm holes
These screen sizes help achieve the desired particle size for further recycling and processing.
Customized Machine Color
The customer requested a specific machine color to match the appearance of their existing production equipment. Our factory completed the color customization before shipment.
Independent Electrical Control Box
Each plastic scrap crusher machine was equipped with its own electrical control cabinet, allowing independent operation and easier management during production.
Spare Parts Package
To support long-term operation and maintenance, the customer also purchased spare crusher blades and additional screens for the SL-400, SL-600, and SL-800 machines.
Trial Run Before Painting to Ensure Stable Operation
Before painting and final assembly, all three waste crusher machines, including the SL-400, SL-600, and SL-800 models, underwent comprehensive trial runs at our factory. Both no-load and material-feeding tests were conducted to check the performance of the blades, transmission system, motor operation, and discharge condition.
During the testing process, all machines operated smoothly and achieved the expected crushing performance. Every key component was carefully inspected to ensure that the equipment met our quality standards before leaving the factory. Only after the successful completion of these tests were the machines moved to the painting and final assembly stage.
Factory trial runs help identify and eliminate potential issues in advance, ensuring that customers receive equipment that is ready for operation and can be put into production with minimal installation and commissioning time.
