Recently, we completed the production and shipment of an OTR tire debeader and OTR tire cutter for a customer in Indonesia. The customer operates a large coal mine where a large number of off-the-road (OTR) tires are used. Over time, many waste tires accumulated at the mining site, and the customer wanted to process and recycle them.<\/p>

Tires to be handled are mainly large mining tires with diameters ranging from 2.7 meters to 4.2 meters. After detailed communication, we recommended a suitable OTR tire recycling solution to help the customer perform the initial processing of these large tires.<\/p>

Equipment Configuration Based on Tire Size<\/h2>

According to the tire size and processing requirements provided by the customer, we recommended the following equipment:<\/p>
