Our egg tray manufacturing machine has recently been successfully put into production at a customer’s factory in Cyprus. The customer purchased a complete egg tray production line from us, designed to turn waste paper into molded pulp egg trays for packaging and transportation.
The complete solution includes a pulping machine, egg tray forming machine, two drying rooms, and other supporting equipment. The egg tray forming machine has a production capacity of 2,500–3,000 pcs/h, meeting the customer’s daily production requirements.

For this project, we supplied a complete production setup rather than a single machine. The main equipment includes:
- Máquina de pulpeo – prepares waste paper into suitable pulp for forming.
- Egg tray forming machine – forms the pulp into egg trays with the required shape.
- Two drying rooms – remove moisture from the freshly formed trays and prepare them for further handling and packaging.
- Other supporting equipment – used to connect the different stages of the production process.
The egg tray manufacturing machine allows the customer to complete the main processes from waste paper pulping to finished egg trays in one continuous production system.
2,500–3,000 Egg Trays per Hour
The Cyprus customer selected an egg tray forming machine with a capacity of 2,500–3,000 egg trays per hour. This capacity is suitable for customers looking for a medium-scale egg tray production solution.
After the equipment was installed and adjusted, the production line entered normal operation. The forming machine runs together with the pulp preparation and drying systems to maintain a stable production process.
Customer Feedback After Production
After the line successfully entered production, the Cyprus customer sent us a video showing the equipment in operation.
From the feedback video, the egg tray manufacturing machine was running normally and producing egg trays as expected. For us, seeing the equipment operating successfully at the customer’s factory is an important part of completing the project.
The customer’s feedback also gives us a better understanding of the actual production performance and helps us continue providing equipment and technical support for customers in different markets.
