Der Kunde betreibt eine gro\u00dfe Kohlemine, in der viele Off-the-Road-Reifen (OTR) verwendet werden. Mit der Zeit sammelten sich viele Abfallreifen am Bergbaustandort an, und der Kunde wollte sie verarbeiten und recyceln.<\/p>    <p>Die zu verarbeitenden Reifen sind haupts\u00e4chlich gro\u00dfe Bergbaureifen mit Durchmessern von 2,7 Metern bis 4,2 Metern. Nach ausf\u00fchrlicher Kommunikation empfahlen wir eine geeignete OTR-Reifen-Recyclingl\u00f6sung, um dem Kunden bei der ersten Verarbeitung dieser gro\u00dfen Reifen zu helfen.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ger\u00e4tekonfiguration basierend auf Reifen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe<\/h2>    <p>Basierend auf den vom Kunden bereitgestellten Reifenma\u00dfen und Verarbeitungsanforderungen haben wir die folgende Ausr\u00fcstung empfohlen:<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shuliyplastic.com\/de\/otr-debeader\/\">OTR-Reifen-Debeader<\/a><\/strong><\/li>    <li>4-Meter <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shuliyplastic.com\/de\/tire-cutting-machine\/\">OTR-Reifenschneider<\/a><\/strong><\/li>    <li>Klingen-Sch\u00e4rfer<\/li> <\/ul>    <p>The OTR tire debeader can process tires with diameters ranging from 1400 mm to 4500 mm, which fully covers the customer&#8217;s tire size range of 2.7 m to 4.2 m.
