Unsere Kunden in Suriname suchten nach einer effizienten L\u00f6sung, um EPS- und EPE-Schaumstoffe zu Pellets zu verarbeiten. Zu diesem Zweck stellten wir ihnen eine komplette Ausstattung zur Verf\u00fcgung, um einen effizienten und reibungslosen Produktionsablauf zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ger\u00e4tekonfiguration<\/h2>    <p>Da der Granulierungsprozess von EPS und EPE unterschiedlich ist, muss der Kunde zwei spezielle Schaumgranulatoren ausr\u00fcsten. Die Kapazit\u00e4t jeder Maschine betr\u00e4gt 150\u2013200 kg\/h, wodurch der Produktionsbedarf des Kunden gedeckt werden kann. <\/p>    <p class=\"translation-block\">Zus\u00e4tzlich bieten wir einen <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shuliyplastic.com\/de\/plastic-foam-crusher-horizontal-foam-crusher\/\">EPS-Schaumstoffschredder<\/a><\/strong> mit 200 kg\/h, zwei K\u00fchltanks und zwei Pelletschneidemaschinen an, um eine vollst\u00e4ndige Produktionslinie zu bilden.
