Unsere Kunden in Suriname suchten nach einer effizienten L\u00f6sung, um EPS- und EPE-Schaumstoffe zu Pellets zu verarbeiten. Zu diesem Zweck stellten wir ihnen eine komplette Ausstattung zur Verf\u00fcgung, um einen effizienten und reibungslosen Produktionsablauf zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ger\u00e4tekonfiguration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da der Granulierungsprozess von EPS und EPE unterschiedlich ist, muss der Kunde zwei spezielle Schaumgranulatoren ausr\u00fcsten. Die Kapazit\u00e4t jeder Maschine betr\u00e4gt 150\u2013200 kg\/h, wodurch der Produktionsbedarf des Kunden gedeckt werden kann. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus bieten wir auch eine Leistung von 200 kg\/h an <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shuliyplastic.com\/de\/plastic-foam-crusher-horizontal-foam-crusher\/\">Zerkleinerer f\u00fcr EPS-Schaum<\/a><\/strong>, zwei K\u00fchltanks und zwei Pelletschneidemaschinen zu einer kompletten Produktionslinie.
