Styropor-Recyclingmaschinen, einschlie\u00dflich EPS-Hei\u00dfschmelz-Recyclingmaschinen, Schaumverdichtungsmaschinen, Kunststoffschaumgranulatoren usw.<\/p>    <p>Das wichtigste Ger\u00e4t ist der Schaumgranulator, der den Kunststoff schmilzt und zur weiteren Pelletierung in lange Streifen extrudiert. Diese Abfallsch\u00e4ume nehmen vor der Entsorgung viel Platz ein und eine unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfe Entsorgung kann auch die Umwelt belasten. Beim EPS-Granulierungsprozess m\u00fcssen gro\u00dfe EPS-Schaumst\u00fccke zun\u00e4chst zur Pulverisierung einem EPS-Schaumzerkleinerer zugef\u00fchrt werden. Der zerkleinerte EPS-Schaum wird dann einer EPS-Granuliermaschine zugef\u00fchrt, wo er geschmolzen und anschlie\u00dfend in lange Streifen extrudiert wird. Die Maschine verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein hohes Kompressionsverh\u00e4ltnis und kann das Volumen des Kunststoffschaums um das bis zu 40-fache reduzieren.
