Unmittelbar danach kommt die Zerkleinerungseinheit ins Spiel und zerkleinert die gro\u00dfen Schaumstoffst\u00fccke in kleinere St\u00fccke, die f\u00fcr die Weiterverarbeitung bereitstehen.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erhitzungs- und Schmelzprozess<\/h3>    <p>Die zerkleinerten EPE-Schaumst\u00fccke gelangen in den EPE-Granulator, der den Kern des gesamten Arbeitsablaufs darstellt. Im Inneren der Maschine beginnt eine Heizeinheit, die Schaumstoffst\u00fccke zu erhitzen und sie nach und nach zu schmelzen. Durch diesen Schritt wird der EPE-Schaum in einen plastischen Schmelzzustand umgewandelt und damit die Grundlage f\u00fcr die anschlie\u00dfende Formgebung gelegt.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extrusion und Formen<\/h3>    <p>Im geschmolzenen Zustand gelangt der EPE-Schaum in den Schneckenbereich der EPE-Styropor-Granuliermaschine und wird von der Schnecke in Richtung Kopf getrieben. Bei diesem Vorgang wird das Schaumstoffmaterial aus dem D\u00fcsenkopf der Maschine zu einem langen Kunststoffstreifen extrudiert. Dieser lange Streifen wird in einem sp\u00e4teren Schritt in kleine Pellets geschnitten, um die Lagerung und den Transport zu erleichtern.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00fchlen und Schneiden<\/h3>    <p class=\"translation-block\">Der geformte <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Expanded_polyethylene\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EPE<\/a>-Schaumstreifen durchl\u00e4uft einen K\u00fchltank, wo er schnell abgek\u00fchlt und ausgeh\u00e4rtet wird.
